We communicated with our intended webinar presenter to discuss what was expected of the webinar, the subject matter, technical logistics of the webinar (e.g. platform, run time, dry run procedure).
This dry run was scheduled with the intent of walking our presenter through the webinar software so he could familiarize himself with it, as well as providing an overview beforehand of what to expect on the day of the webinar. During this time, our presenter was able to test his Powerpoint presentation, go over the major highlights that he wanted to hit during the presentation, and ask us any questions beforehand.
The presenter created and provided us with a Powerpoint deck to use during the presentation. This Powerpoint was provided ahead of the presentation date, which allowed us enough time to format it and add a slide including information about the grant.
Future plans include providing this and other Capital Litigation webinar Powerpoints as online and downloadable resources for prosecutors. APA is currently working on the best mechanism to make these resources available online.
