The Capital Litigation Advisory Committee “met” virtually June 5 to discuss, among other things, potential training topics. In particular, this presenter was brought up as a possible future presenter for this program. A committee member familiar with his trainings forwarded APA his contact information to set up a webinar training.
Reached out to presenter Bill Bilderback to discuss potentially presenting his annual Supreme Court Update presentation in a webinar format. Mr. Bilderback was very enthusiastic about conducting such a presentation. Discussion included possible dates and times for a dry run and the actual webinar itself, what was expected out of the webinar, timeframe for the presentation, and so on.
This dry run will take place the day before the actual live webinar on July 28. This dry run will include going over the webinar software with the presenter, ensuring any technical issues are resolved, and answering any other questions the presenter may have.
The deadline to collect the materials for the presenter’s webinar, including any Powerpoint file and/or handouts, is the Friday before the live webinar. Collecting these materials ahead of the webinar will allow APA to insert the grant information into the slideshow and create PDF versions of the slides for attendees.
