The National Police Foundation will be hosting a CompStat360 webinar on Officer Well Being and Mental Health hosted by Major Wendy Stiver, formerly of Dayton, Ohio PD, for current NIJ LEAD scholars. The webinar will present on and facilitate a discussion around the topic of using CompStat360 to address officer wellbeing and mental health. Major Stiver will serve as lead panelist of the webinar, accompanied by 2 additional panelists who have used data to support their officers and staff during times of natural disaster, crisis response, and mass shootings. The speakers will also discuss data measurement tools and tactics, as well as challenges that may be faced and how a department might overcome these by applying CS360 methods.
