This is a series of regular interactive Zoom roundtables to bring together different functions from across CGIC sites, including prosecutors, crime analysts, investigators/CGIC site leads as a way to strengthen the CGIC community of practice. This series of roundtables will be centered Investigations. Objectives include:
• Establishing NIBIN lead prioritization and triage process
• Effectively target the trigger pullers
• Strategizing for effective prosecutions

This roundtable's objectives were:
• Establishing NIBIN lead prioritization and triage process
• Effectively target the trigger pullers
• Strategizing for effective prosecutions
This CGIC Networking Roundtable will be centered on Investigations. Objectives include:
• Representatives from Indianapolis CGIC will provide an overview discussion for the new CGIC sites on what they wish they had known when they were first launching their CGIC and the best course of action they have taken as a result of their CGIC process.
• Mark Kraft and Rob Topper will discuss the analytical tools available to CGIC investigators specifically related to addressing gun trafficking and tracing.
• Kevin Armbruster will share his experience implementing a CGIC in Milwaukee PD from the ground up. He will share what he had wish he had known, and best practices he was able to implement at MPD.
