The Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUS) contacted the Tribal Law and Policy Institute requesting information for planning and operating a Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court.

The Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians requested technical assistance from the Tribal Law and Policy Institute, particularly concerning the planning and operation of a Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court.
In response to the Tribe's request for technical assistance, TLPI scheduled and conducted a phone call with the Tribal Court Clerk to discuss available resources and further technical assistance. The prospect of an onsite technical assistance was planned for the next fiscal year.

- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
