How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
We are aware that implicit biases impact criminal justice decisions throughout the process, and we suspect that the Board is no exception to that. We would like to learn more about how to avoid this, whether by development of procedures or raising awareness of the issue. We would also like to share what we learn with parole officers statewide.
