New York Prosecutors Training Institute, Inc.

The New York Prosecutors Training Institute, Inc. (NYPTI) is a nonprofit corporation created in 1995 by the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York. NYPTI’s mission is to provide comprehensive continuing legal education, training, advice, and assistance to New York State prosecutors.

NYPTI is funded by an appropriation provided by the Governor, the New York State Senate, and the New York State Assembly as well as by grants from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), the New York State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, and the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.
