Overview

The National Drug Court Resource Center’s (NDCRC) mission is to equip practitioners with the research and resources necessary to design, implement, expand, & enhance treatment court programs across the US and territories.

NDCRC is housed within the Social Science Applied Research Center at the University of North Carolina Wilmingon (UNCW) & is funded in part by a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, U.S. Department of Justice. Our work is centered on providing treatment court professionals with the information and resources they need to be successful. To do this, we:

  • organize regular learning opportunities both online & at professional meetings,
  • publish the latest research in an annual Drug Court Review peer-reviewed journal publication and
  • curate open databases of relevant legislation, case law, & sample operational forms, among other products.
