N.C. Secretary of States Anti Counterfeits office requested training on issues surrounding the Dark Web. Prepared and presented a block on the Dark Web, that included TOR, Virtual Currency, Bitcoin, and investigative techniques relating to the Dark Web. Provided examples of counterfeit items, for sale, on onion service sites.
NW3C plans to send two staff to attend event and support BJA/NW3C booth presentation.
