Summary of Successes
The participant acceptance of services rate went from 19% to 45%
They are now able to accept referrals from their school resource officer
They closely work with the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children
Summary of Challenges
The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction will be tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases will be reported as individual TTAs.
The PRC processed/closed 38 Request for Assistance cases between January - June 2024.
Cases responded to and closed for Contact Us during the reporting period of January - June 2024 were 440.
The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. From January - June 2024, there were 124 one-on-one Technical Assistance Outreach instances via email and phone call.
The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This one-on-one assistance was offered from the start of our award and continues to date. From January - July 2024, there were 85 one-hour one-on-one Technical Assistance Meetings via Zoom or other virtual conference software.
