The VPD realizes the benefits that can come from a properly trained staff who can incorporate trauma-informed systems methodologies into to their response to calls for service. As such we would ask the NTTAC to assist us in developing a Trauma-Informed Systems curriculum to deliver to our staff. We would hope to make such a curriculum comprehensive enough to attain California POST certification.

Hopkins County, Kentucky Sheriff's Office requested three days of Command Presence's "Dynamics of Office and Citizens Encounters" training. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Glendale, California Police Department requested information about approved masks specifically fit to be used by first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic. BJA NTTAC provided the requestor with applicable resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and their local health department.

Mocksville, NC PD requested an on-line or in-person training for our officer in officer wellness. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Birmingham, Alabama National Public Safety Partnership Site requested a Crime Prevention Throught Enviromental Design training. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Lindon, Utah Police Department requested VALOR Training. BJA NTTAC referred this request to the Institute for Intergovernmental Research.
