CSG Justice Center staff collaborated with BJA over the reporting period to draft, develop, and revise the State Reentry Coordinators Sessions for the Second Chance Act Conference.
National PREA Resource Center (PRC) staff and contractors managed by PRC staff conduct documentation reviews of individual auditor's PREA audits when directed to do so by the PREA Management Office (PMO). Reviewers assess auditors' interim and final reports and review the information and documentation auditors relied on to reach compliance determinations. By utilizing documentation uploaded to the Online Audit System (OAS), reviewers consider both the documentation provided to an auditor by the facility and agency, as well as any additional documentation gathered onsite.

CSG Justice Center staff met with BJA policy advisor to discuss their feedback on the ISI videos and to discuss ways that we an address the edits.
Site Visits are utilized by the Collective to build relationship with the grantee, to observe and understand the organizational operations, and provide in-person coaching/TTA.
As the prime, JSS is responsible for closing out the micro-grants with each of the funded law enforcement agencies. The close out process involves reviewing the submitted materials, ensuring that the awarded funds have been liquidates, confirming that the match required was provided, reviewing all reporting to ensure that it is completed and that project was implemented as proposed; and conducting an exit interview.
