This 12-month intensive program offers group instruction, individualized coaching and networking with other program participants in executive leadership, personal and professional development, and explores topics ranging from criminal justice reform and development of community-based services, to ethics, policy development, strategic planning, performance management and grant administration. The Academy class size is limited to 15 participants with varying degrees of experience as an SAA, providing opportunities for peer-support, mentoring and individualized coaching.
