• 1/7: Call with Measures for Justice staff to plan for the second national steering committee meeting and discuss the composition of the issue-specific subcommittees.
• 1/8: Call with Product Manager from Recidiviz about the data scan component of the project, including the design for the data scan deliverable, available resources, and plans for operationalizing the data scan in the coming weeks and months.
• 1/13: Call with Measures for Justice staff to plan for the second national steering committee meeting and the issue-specific subcommittees to begin developing metrics.
• 1/13: Call with Senior Medical Advisor (National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors) to introduce them to Justice Counts and next steps for the project.
• 1/14: Call with Correctional Leaders Association (CLA) staff to discuss strategy for obtaining monthly prison population data from CLA members.
• 1/14: Call with Product Manager from Recidiviz to discuss the strategy for collecting jail data for the data scan component.
• 1/20: Call with Measures for Justice staff to plan for the second national steering committee meeting and discuss the composition of and timeline for the issue-specific subcommittees.
• 1/26: Call with Director (Statistical Analysis Center, University of Southern Maine) about including statistical analysis centers in Justice Counts subcommittees.
• 1/27: Call with Measures for Justice staff to plan for the second national steering committee meeting and discuss system and performance metrics.
• 1/27: Call with Senior Policy Advisor from BJA to provide an update on the Justice Counts project and preparations for the February 17 national steering committee meeting.
• 1/28: Call with Product Manager from Recidiviz about the data scan component of the project, including the design for the data scan deliverable, available resources, and plans for operationalizing the data scan in the coming weeks and months.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
