5. 6/9: Video conference with Chief Justice (Vermont Supreme Court), Court Administrator (Vermont Supreme Court) to discuss the presentation, to outline the agenda, and to provide background information on some of the ongoing discussions with Vermont stakeholders. 6. 6/9: Video conference with OMS Business Application Support Manager (Department of Corrections) to discuss DOC data fields. (Organizations –1; Participants—1).
7. 6/10: Video conference with Executive Director of Racial Equity (Governor’s Office), Director of Policy Development and Legislative Affairs (Office of the Governor) and Intern (Office of the Governor) to discuss the upcoming working group meeting and present the slide deck for review and input. (Organizations –1; Participants—3).
8. 6/10: Video conference with Chief of Planning and Court Services (Vermont Supreme Court) and Database Administrator (Vermont Supreme Court) to discuss new data request and data use agreements. (Organizations –1; Participants—2).
9. 6/15: Video meeting of the Justice Reinvestment II Working Group. Members resumed working group meetings following the 2021 legislative session and identified topics that they would like to explore for upcoming working group presentations. CSG Justice Center staff presented and the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and Department of Corrections provided members with introductions and updates on topics of concern. 10. 6/22: Video conference with Director of Probation and Parole (Department of Corrections) Director of Administrative Reporting to discuss the June 15th working group presentation and the next steps of the subaward application. (Organizations –1; Participants—2).
11. 6/24: Video conference with Director of Administrative Reporting (Department of Corrections), Executive Director (Vermont Agency of Human Services), Director of Strategic Operations (Alliance for Community & Justice Innovation (ACJI)), Director of Community Relations & Strategy (Alliance for Community Justice & Innovation) to discuss the approval of the subaward application and the work that ACJI will complete in Vermont. 12. 6/29: Conference call with Director of Research (Crime Research Group) to discuss the sentencing commission. (Organizations –1; Participants—1).
13. 6/30: Video conference with Advocacy Director (American Civil Liberties Union) to discuss the sentencing commission and release for older individuals. (Organizations –1; Participants—1)
