The Data Management Small Learning Cohort is a training space specifically for government agency grantees in need of data management support. This cohort is a 3-month, six-session training series that is designed to assist government grantees to understand and implement streamlined and effective collection, analysis and reporting on program inputs and outputs to maintain accountability, improve performance and efficiently manage specific outcomes. Fully strengthening the agencies’ data infrastructure and overall process.

Learning Objectives
Aligning program goals with data collection metrics that will ultimately be embedded in the data management system and other tasks identified during sessions
Building each partner's data management mechanism
Practice of measuring activities and using data as a mechanism for feedback and improvement of programs.
Process:
Project Management Team determines groups that are in need of specific support around building goals for their CVI program and their
SME conducts 1:1 introductory/assessment meetings with participants to understand specific needs and appropriateness for the cohort.
Pre-survey with participants to gauge need and expectations.
Assessment and survey findings will be used to inform and finalize cohort structure and content.
Participants engage in three month cohorts to address specific needs in the subject matter area.
SME to create data template for aligning project goals, outcomes, metrics to support in measuring success

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
