The NRTAC staff visited the Jackson, Mississippi, Police Department's (JPD) local CGIC. NRTAC staff interviewed individual members of the CGIC according to their role in the CGIC workflow. The team interviewed individuals involved in every stage of the CGIC process, such as evidence recovery and processing, NIBIN entry, investigation, analysis, prosecution, and performance measure tracking.
The NRTAC staff visited the Harris County, Texas, Sheriff's Office (HCSO) local CGIC. NRTAC staff interviewed individual members of the CGIC according to their role in the CGIC workflow. The team interviewed individuals involved in every stage of the CGIC process, such as evidence recovery and processing, NIBIN entry, investigation, analysis, prosecution, and performance measure tracking.
