During the months where the site was waiting to hear back from BJA on their Action Plan, the site made multiple requests for updates on the Action Plan status. IACP repeatedly requested updates from BJA, and passed along info to the site.

BJA provided feedack to the IACP on the site's Action Plan, directing IACP to work with the site to revise the document. IACP met with the site, and guided revisions on the plan.

A month after the Action Plan was submitted, the site reached out to IACP multiple times to inquire into the status of the Action Plan. IACP repeatedly engaged BJA for updates and cooresponded with the site accordingly.
