8/20: CSG Justice Center staff met with Program Allie Green (Parole Program Director, NDCS, CSS) and Brian Bencker (Parole Assistant Program Director, NDCS, CSS) at the Omaha Community Supervision Services Office to assess parole supervision and reentry programs. (2 participants, 1 agency)

8/20: CSG Justice Center staff conducted a focus group discussion with four Omaha CSS parole supervision officers, gathering feedback on field operations and parole supervision challenges. (4 participants, 1 agency)

8/20: CSG Justice Center staff observed a session on Domestic Violence (DV)/Batterers Intervention (BI) programming with Brad Newill (Program Facilitator, DV/BI). (1 participant, 1 agency)

8/21: CSG Justice Center staff met with Mikki Kirkpatrick (Program Director, NDCS, CSS), Blair Hofeldt (Assistant Program Director, NDCS, CSS to discuss training, staff development, and the overall parole supervision structure. (2 participants, 1 agency)

12/19 In person meeting with Thea Mounts (Chief data officer); Mac Pevey (Assistant Secretary); Steve Johnson (Regional Administrator) from the Washington Department of Corrections to provide a Publisher demo (3 people representing 1 agency).

12/19 In person meeting Larry Jefferson (Director); Kalea Sciaccotta (Admin assistant); Lei Young (Supervising attorney); Karin Johnson (Deputy director); Jenee Nash (program analyst) from the Washington State Office of Public Defense to introduce Justice Counts and a Publisher demo. The agency provided some data to compare to current Tier 1 metrics and requested a demo dashboard (5 people representing 1 agency).

11/12 Meeting with Madison County JRAC members Andrew Hanna (Chief Deputy Prosecutor & JRAC chair), Betsy Baxter (Director of Victim's Services and JRAC Secretary), Carl Chambers (Director of Adult Probation), Angela Sims (Judge), and David Kane (Executive Director of Community Corrections) to discuss data challenges and JRAC operations. (5 people representing 6 agencies).??

11/12 Meeting with Rob Simpson (Major of the Indiana State Police Department (ISP and Assistant Chief of Staff for the Communications and Information Systems Department) and Captain Hutchinson (Commander of their Criminal Justice Data Division containing CJIS (2 people representing 1 agency).??

11/12 Meeting with Pastor David Greene (President of Concerned Clergy) to discuss diversion in Indianapolis and potential connections for the project. (1 person representing 1 agency)??

11/13 Presentation to Jennings County JRAC and the Harrison County JRAC to introduce the project. Jennings County Probation opted in because of the presentation (10 people, representing 10 agencies)??
