OJJDP Listening Session call with funded OJJDP organizations. OJJDP is convening and organizing a listening session to be held fall 2024. OJJDP has convened a group for planning the content and materials.

PRC staff and contractors managed by PRC staff conduct documentation reviews of individual auditor's PREA audits when directed to do so by the PREA Management Office. Reviewers assess auditors? interim and final reports and reviews the information and documentation auditors relied on to reach compliance determinations. By utilizing documentation uploaded to the OAS, reviewers consider both the documentation provided to an auditor by the facility and agency, as well as any additional documentation gathered onsite.

Disciplinary review is initiated by PMO when they identify significant issues with an auditor's work and/or practice.
Disciplinary processes include PRC staff supporting PMO's direct requests with detailed analysis of an auditor's work on multiple audits, including a review of all retained documentation for the reviewed audits and providing detailed memoranda tp PMO regarding findings in those audits.

MasterCard Worldwide, through its Impact Evaluator team, will develop recommendations for a data assessment framework and will share findings with LISC and other project partners, including nonprofit organizations under LISC’s Community Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative Capacity Building program. The assessment framework will be an examination of relevant programmatic and open-sourced data and will measure the impact of CVIPI initiatives currently being implemented by project partners.

Colmena Collective will work with and support LISC Safety & Justice Training and Technical Assistance efforts by providing direct administrative and organizational capacity building guidance to grantees of the Community Violence Intervention and Prevention (CVIPI) Capacity Building project. The team at Colmena will participate in the community justice accelerator and will provide presentation on partnership engagement and organizational governance and board development.
