In December 2024, TTAC published the “PDMP Policies and Capabilities: Results from the 2024 State Assessment”.
The PDMP TTAC team consistently delivers technical assistance to PDMP administrators, staff, and other stakeholders, responding to information requests and facilitating peer-to-peer communication. These efforts help identify potential resources and technical assistance needs as PDMPs evolve, enabling the PDMP TTAC team to proactively develop and implement the most efficient and effective delivery methods.

Drafted and created a template of a capstone document for BJA visiting fellows
BJA leadership determined that there was no need to develop site-specific profiles for PDMP grant recipients. However, the PDMP TTAC team continues to update the Microsoft Power BI visualization for the PDMP TTAC website detailing the goals and objectives for the latest
Harold Rogers PDMP grantees. This deliverable has been completed.
During this reporting period, BJA leadership indicated that there was no pressing need to hold a PDMP grantee orientation webinar. This deliverable has been completed.
The PDMP TTAC team consistently offers technical support to stakeholders. This support includes responding to information requests and facilitating peer-to-peer communication. By doing so, the team identifies potential resources and TTA needs as PDMPs evolve. This proactive approach allows the PDMP TTAC team to efficiently and effectively provide assistance and be responsive.
On 10/09/24 a follow-up email was sent to grantees to provide important resources for their projects. The email included the logic model and action plan templates, along with helpful tip sheets to guide their implementation efforts. Additionally, a link to our bookings page was provided, encouraging grantees to schedule follow-up conversations if they need further assistance or are interested in discussing their projects in more detail. This outreach aims to ensure grantees have the support they need for their success.
