Wisconsin and North Carolina, two other long-standing sites, presented on successes, challenges, and challenge solutions over the course of their projects. This presentation featured Wisconsin's data management system and a North Carolina subgrantee.

Maryland and Massachusetts, two long-standing sites, presented on site successes, challenges, and challenge solutions over the course of their longer-standing projects.

Delaware and Michigan site members presented on blending different funding sources to achieve project goals.

The second half of the state-level sites, including those at the front of the alphabet that were not present in January, presented one success, one challenge, and one goal for the project.

Half of state-level sites were offered the change to explain one challenge, one success, and one goal of their progress in a round-table fashion. Sites proceeded in alphabetical order and those not present were pushed to the February round table.
