Created an "Invite" to disseminate to attendees.
Facilitated a discussion with the implementation team progressing on the implementation plan. Met with IDOC leadership on how the RISE program will fit into the larger department context, the Director's expectations for RISE, and potential policy changes.
Created documentation to track additional resources needed to implement RISE.
Facilitated a review of the implementation plan and proposed RISE program. Facilitated a performance measure brainstorming exercise to identify priority measures to monitor the RISE program and measure its impact.

Reviewed progress on implementation plan with team. Discussed TABE testing for restrictive housing. Discussed criteria for progression and regression and received a programming development update.
Presented at the Western States CLA Conference on MSP's staff-led implementation approach.
Facilitated peer-to-peer discussion group on changing prison culture. This second discussion in our changing culture series featured the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry.
Facilitated the CIPEC at Iowa State Penitentiary to determine the extent to which the Long-Term Restrictive Housing Program is aligned with correctional best practices.
