Completed reviews of MSP 's revised restrictive housing procedure to ensure the team's recommendation's were translated accurately into the procedure.
Created potential questions for a wellness questionnaire and discussed ideas for a wellness kick off.
Reviewed restrictive housing policy to ensure a draft by the department accurately reflects the agreed upon new referral criteria and process.
Facilitated a work session with the implementation team. The team proposed delaying the new referral policy rollout because the facility was not ready to implement. The team also reviewed training slides and virtual options for in cell programming.
Facilitated a meeting with leadership and members of the MSP wellness work group. Discussed correctional officer wellness statistics and wellness kickoff.
Finalized the MSP wellness member application and recruitment plan.
Drafted a training for the rollout of the new Step-down program referral and reclassification process.
Facilitated a work session on a wellness initiative for the statewide and state prison wellness efforts.
Facilitated work with the Daily Behavioral Expectations, Programming, and Reinforcement of Positive Behavior subgroups throughout the month and between site visits
