Facilitated a meeting with MSP's Compliance Manager to finalize a data extract and create definitions to assist CJI staff to analyze data.
Facilitated meeting to review and update progress on the implementation plan related to the rollout of new referral criteria and referral process for the Step-down program. Continued preparing for the rollout.

Facilitated peer-to-peer discussion group on changing culture. It was the first in a series of discussions on this topic. The featured speaker from Maine Department of Corrections gave examples of how they started changing the culture in their facility through a trauma informed approach.
Objective 6: Provide intensive TA to 10 states, supporting the adoption and use of the Justice Counts metrics to drive decision-making.
