IIR attended the National Association of Field Training Officers (NAFTO) 2022 National Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. On June 9, 2022, IIR kicked off the FTO community of practice with a focus group of approximately 60 FTOs from around the country. Chief John Bouthillette (Retired) from IIR led the discussion along with the NAFTO Executive Director, Sergeant Dan Greene (Chandler, Arizona, Police Department).

At the request of BJA, a member of the SLATT team participated in the National Fusion Center Association Annual Training Event in April 2022 in Alexandria, Virginia. The team member attended the Director’s Day meeting on April 11 and discussed the SLATT Program with several attendees.

At the request of BJA, a member of the SLATT team participated in the National Fusion Center Association Annual Training Event in April 2022 in Alexandria, Virginia. The team member provided a presentation at the morning plenary session on April 14, which was attended by approximately 800 participants.
